Good afternoon, everyone.
Welcome to another addition of Bookmarked, the blog for readers and authors alike.
Today, I want to talk about something very exciting JCP has coming up in the month of October... a Writers Workshop!

We're hosting the workshop at our bookstore, Books & Gifts, on Saturday, October 21st from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm!
The JCP team will give tips on building your brand, starting your next manuscript, and prepping for National Novel Writing Month. All attendees will be provided free handouts and a free gift! Snacks and drinks will be supplied, and it will be such a fun day.
This is a private workshop with limited availability, and it is open to any writer who wants to attend. Tickets for the event are $20 and can be purchased in store, over the phone, or by mailing a check. Interested authors can email communications@jancarolpublishing.com with questions or to sign up! We'd love to talk to you about it!
For those of you who aren't familiar, Books & Gifts is located at 1921 Hwy 394 Suite E1, Blountville, Tennessee, 37617.
We hope to see you all there!
Finally, I also wanted to take this time to share our fifth installment of "These Haunted Hills" with you, a spooky anthology series we publish every fall.
"These Haunted Hills: Book 5" is compiled of frightening stories from eight skilled authors. Here in Appalachia, you'll find abandoned abodes and supernatural entities sure to have you checking under your bed.
The frightful tales within make this yet another unforgettable installment to JCP's annual anthology series. For the nightmare-loving reader, "These Haunted Hills" has everything you need, except maybe a nightlight.

"Book 5" can be purchased online here or in our bookstore, Books & Gifts. You can also find the past installments on JCP's website or on Amazon.
Thank you all so much for reading another Bookmarked post, and to end things, I want to do a poll.
