Hi, everyone!
I hope everyone is having a beautiful week so far... Today, I wanted to check in with you regarding JCP's 2023 Reading Challenge! We are already well into the month of February, and something tells me the year will continue to fly by.
For those of you who may have missed our first post about it, Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc. is encouraging everyone to read at least 10 books this year. To kick it off, we are offering FREE access to two of JCP e-books, Hope Knocking by Nova Mann and An Angel Named Johnia by Jocelyn M. Lacey. This free access is available through Amazon's website.
To read more information about our 2023 Reading Challenge and learn how to download our free e-books, you can click here, where I go into detail about the challenge.
Regardless of whether you're participating in JCP's 2023 Reading Challenge or some other reading challenge, I'd LOVE to know what you're reading right now! I want Bookmarked to be a space to share reading recommendations with one another and connect over a love of books!
Personally, I'm currently reading Persuasion by Jane Austen. It's a very underrated Austen novel, and it packs the same punch as some of her more popular novels, such as Pride and Prejudice or Emma. Before that, I read Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid, which I cannot recommend enough if you're into 1970's culture and bands like Fleetwood Mac.
Please leave a comment below saying what books you're reading right now. I'm always looking for new recommendations!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and remember to check back here next week for more Bookmarked content!
