"Easter Lilies," A Spring Reading Recommendation!

Hi, everyone! Happy Spring!

With the official first day of spring behind us, I feel comfortable embracing the season now more than ever. Even though the weather has been a bit fickle lately for us local Appalachian folks, I'm hoping warmer days are ahead.

For those of you who celebrate Easter, the holiday is a little over two weeks away! I thought it only made sense for me to recommend JCP's acclaimed Easter anthology to prepare you for April 9.

Called Easter Lilies, the inspiring anthology features short stories from various talented authors.

Easter lilies carry with them a significant meaning. The flower is mentioned frequently throughout the Bible and serves today as a beautiful reminder of the significance of the Easter season.

The flower graces homes and churches each spring as a symbol of purity, joy, hope, and life. This short story collection captures the very essence of the flower. Colorful and thoughtful, these stories are pure in their heartfelt joy and hope in their interpretation of the many petals that make up the beauty in our lives.

You can find it at Books & Gifts or online here!

I'll round out this week's post with a quick poll. The question is simple: What are you looking forward to this spring season?

What are you looking forward to this spring?

  • The warm weather

  • Easter

  • Seeing the pretty flowers bloom

  • Longer days
